3PCS forged steel ball valve represents the latest progress in ball valve technology, designed specifically for long-distance transportation pipelines and ordinary industrial pipelines. During the design process, special consideration was given to its strength, safety, and tolerance to harsh environments, enabling it to handle various corrosive and non corrosive media. Unlike traditional floating ball valves, this fixed ball valve works by fully transmitting the force generated by the fluid pressure acting on the ball to the bearing, avoiding the movement of the ball towards the valve seat. Therefore, the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure. This makes the fixed ball valve have less torque and seat deformation, ensuring stable sealing performance and longer service life, especially suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter application environments. Its unique spring preloaded valve seat component has self tightening function, ensuring upstream sealing effect. Each valve is equipped with two valve seats, which can seal in both directions and are not restricted by flow direction during installation. It is usually recommended to install horizontally.
