3 PCS forged steel ball valves are the latest advances in ball valve technology for long-haul transportation pipes and general industrial pipelines. In the design process, it can withstand various corrosive and non-corrosive media under harsh conditions, ensuring the strength, safety and tolerance. Unlike conventional floating ball valves, when this fixed ball valve is running, the force exerted by the fluid pressure on the ball is fully transmitted to the bearing, preventing the ball from moving to the seat. Therefore, the seat does not bear excessive pressure. This reduces the torque of the fixed ball valve, resulting in significant deformation of the seat, ensuring stable sealing performance and long service life, making it particularly suitable for high pressure and large diameter applications. Its unique spring-loaded seat assembly features self-tightening to ensure upstream sealing. Each valve is equipped with two two-way sealing seats, with no flow limit, so horizontal installation is recommended.
