3 PCS forged steel ball valve, representing the latest progress in ball valve technology, is designed for long distance delivery pipes and ordinary industrial pipes. In the design process, the strength, safety and tolerance to the harsh environment, able to deal with a variety of corrosive and non-corrosive media. Different from the traditional floating ball valve, when this fixed ball valve is working, the force generated by the fluid pressure on the sphere will be completely transmitted to the bearing, avoiding the movement of the sphere to the seat, so the seat will not bear too much pressure. This makes the fixed ball valve have small torque and seat deformation, ensure the stability of sealing performance and longer service life, especially suitable for high pressure and large diameter application environment. Its unique spring pre-tightening valve seat assembly, with self-tightening function, to ensure the upstream sealing effect. Each valve is equipped with two seats sealed in both directions without flow restrictions, and horizontal installation is usually recommended.
