This 3PC ball valve adopts a three-piece structure, where the middle section is connected by bolts. The RPTFE seal is inserted into a stainless steel coil spring to maintain stable sealing performance. All three valve bodies are designed in accordance with ANSI requirements. It features an anti-static and anti-blowout valve stem design.
The seat design delivers excellent sealing performance, and is available in self-relieving or dual piston effect types. The structural design minimizes friction, resulting in lower operating torque. It supports double block and bleed function, which allows fluid to be discharged from the body cavity. It is available in both full bore and reduced bore versions.
It passes fire tests in accordance with BSEN12266-2 and ANSI standards. Electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators are available upon customer request.
