The 2PCS Hastelloy C-276 steel cryogenic floating ball valve is a professional industrial valve tailored for ultra-low temperature corrosive medium working conditions, covering working temperature ranges of -46°C, -101°C and -196°C. It is specially developed for liquefied natural gas, liquid nitrogen and other flammable, dangerous cryogenic liquefied media. Different from ordinary stainless steel cryogenic valves, its valve body, ball and valve seat all adopt Hastelloy C-276 high-performance nickel-based alloy, which can resist severe corrosion of acid, alkali and halogen medium carried by liquefied gas.
The extended bonnet structure is its standard cryogenic design: it can isolate the low-temperature medium from the top packing assembly, avoid the temperature loss of the filler, and prevent external water vapor from freezing and affecting the switching performance. The metal hard-seated floating ball structure can compensate for the shrinkage difference of metal materials under ultra-low temperature, ensuring permanent reliable sealing without leakage, which is the core safety guarantee for LNG storage and transportation systems. This valve is widely matched with LNG receiving stations, vaporization stations, liquefaction plants and LNG ship pipeline systems, and can work stably for a long time under harsh low-temperature and corrosive environments.
