Flanged Ends Tank Bottom Discharge Ball Valve is mainly used for the bottom of storage tanks, reaction vessels, and various other containers. It is used to eliminate residual process media and can be customized according to specific requirements. This valve has two designs: flat end and inclined end. PTFE lined ball valves are opened or closed by rotating the ball. Its characteristics include smooth operation, compact size, reliable sealing, simple structure, and easy maintenance, which contribute to its wide application.
The valve body, valve disc (ball), and other wet parts in contact with the medium are coated with fluoroplastics such as FEP, PTFE, and PFA. These materials enable the valve to resist any corrosive medium other than molten alkali metals and fluorides.
