The ball is completely separated from the seat, eliminating wear on the seal ring and overcoming the issue of wear on the traditional ball valve seat and ball sealing surface. Non-metallic elastic materials are embedded in the metal seat, protecting the metal surface of the valve seat. This product is particularly suitable for media such as steel, aluminum, fibers, small solid particles, pulp, coal ash, and petroleum gas.
