It features a movable seat design with a blade spring, effectively preventing jamming or dislodgement between the seat and the ball. The valve offers reliable sealing performance and a long service life. The V-shaped ball core design includes a V-shaped groove and special switching mechanisms, ensuring high flow rates, low pressure loss, and precise interception control functions. Its flow characteristics remain consistent. The opening and closing components use a V-shaped ball structure, completely solving the problem of medium deposition in the valve chamber.
● V incision design: The shear force between the ball and the V-shaped notch of the metal seat is particularly suitable for media containing fibers, small solid particles, pulp, etc.
