Fixed electric ball valves are designed specifically for dual position closing and control applications. The connection between the valve and the actuator is direct. Electric actuators have integrated servo systems and do not require additional servo amplifiers. Operation can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mA signal and a 220VAC power supply. This valve has the characteristics of easy connection, compact structure, small volume, light weight, low resistance, and stable reliability. According to specific user requirements, actuators can be equipped with electronic actuators such as UNIC PSQ、HQ、DHL, Or pneumatic piston actuators, such as GTX and AL.
● Anti-Static Structure: The ear shaft ball is equipped with an electrostatic protection mechanism to ensure that the electrostatic discharge device can form an effective electrostatic channel between the balls or between the balls and the rod.
● Trunnion-Mounted Ball: This structure consists of a fixed sphere and a floating seat ring, which can absorb the lateral load generated by the pressure acting on the sphere.
