Fixed electric ball valves are suitable for two-position shut-off and control applications. The connection between the valve and the actuator is direct. The electric actuator is equipped with a servo system, eliminating the need for an additional servo amplifier. Operation can be controlled by inputting a 4-20 mA signal and a 220VAC power supply. It features easy connection, compact structure, small size, light weight, low resistance, and stable, reliable operation. Depending on user requirements, the actuator can be equipped with electronic actuators such as UNIC, PSQ, HQ, DHL, or pneumatic piston actuators like GTX and AL.
● Anti-Static Structure: The ear axis sphere is equipped with electrostatic protection structure, and the electrostatic discharge device forms an electrostatic channel between the spheres or between the spheres and the rod.
● Trunnion-Mounted Ball: It has a fixed ball and a floating seat ring, the bearing absorbs the lateral load generated by the pressure acting on the ball.
● Self-Seated Valves: In valves designed for standard service, the elastic material is inserted into the metal seat frame to provide a soft seat in addition to the metal-to-metal seat between the ball and the seat ring.
