Fixed electric ball valves are specifically designed for two-position shut-off and control applications. The connection between the valve and the actuator is direct. The electric actuator has an integrated servo system, eliminating the need for additional servo amplifiers. Operation can be controlled by inputting a 4-20 mA signal and a 220VAC power supply. This valve features easy connectivity, compact structure, small size, light weight, low resistance, and stable reliability. Depending on specific user requirements, the actuator can be equipped with electronic actuators such as UNIC, PSQ, HQ, DHL, or pneumatic piston actuators like GTX and AL.
● Anti-Static Structure:The ear axis sphere is equipped with an electrostatic protection mechanism to ensure that the electrostatic discharge device can form an effective electrostatic channel between the spheres or between the spheres and the rod.
● Trunnion-Mounted Ball:This structure consists of a fixed sphere and a floating seat ring, which can absorb the lateral load generated by the pressure acting on the sphere.
● Self-Seated Valves:In the valves designed for standard service, the elastic material is embedded in the metal seat frame. In addition to the metal-to-metal contact between the ball and the seat ring, an additional soft seal seat is provided.

Through mechanical principles, the valve is connected to the connecting rod. Inside the electric actuator, the input electrical pressure acts on the piston, generating the corresponding thrust. This causes the gears to rotate under the drive of the piston, which in turn rotates the output shaft and pushes the valve stem to turn.
