The ZDM series automatic circulation pump protection valve is a pump protection device designed to automatically protect the pump from cavitation and instability during low-load operation, especially when conveying hot water. When the pump flow drops below the preset threshold, the bypass valve opens fully to ensure the pump maintains minimum flow. Even if the main line is completely closed, with zero flow, the bypass can still circulate the minimum flow. The integrated multi-stage throttling pressure relief valve in the bypass helps reduce pressure. The ZDM series bypass is designed for high-pressure differential environments, capable of handling up to 30 MPa pressure differences. The specific selection is determined by the factory. The multi-stage pressure reduction M-type bypass effectively mitigates noise from high-speed fluid and prevents damage to valve components caused by cavitation and flashing.
