The ZDM series automatic circulation pump protection valve is a pump protection device designed to automatically protect the pump from cavitation and instability during low load operation, especially when delivering hot water. When the pump flow rate drops below the preset threshold, the bypass valve fully opens to ensure that the pump maintains a minimum flow rate. Even if the main pipeline is completely closed and the flow rate is zero, the bypass can still circulate the minimum flow rate. The integrated multi-stage throttling pressure reducing valve in the bypass helps to reduce pressure. The ZDM series bypass valve is designed specifically for high-pressure environments and can manage pressure differentials up to 30 MPa. The specific choice is determined by the factory. The multi-stage pressure reducing M-type bypass effectively reduces the noise of high-speed fluids and prevents damage to valve components caused by cavitation and flash evaporation.
