The ZDM series automatic circulation pump protection valve is a pump protection device. It automatically protects the centrifugal pump from possible cavitation damage and instability that may occur in the pump body during low load operation (especially when transporting hot water medium). Once the pump flow rate falls below the preset flow rate, the bypass will be fully opened to ensure that the pump requires the minimum flow rate. Even if the main road is completely closed, meaning the main road flow is zero, the minimum flow can automatically circulate through the bypass. The integrated multi-stage throttling safety valve in the bypass reduces pressure. The ZDM series has a bypass suitable for high pressure differentials, with a pressure differential of up to 30MPa. The specific choice is determined by the factory. Multi stage pressure reducing M-type bypass bypasses the noise generated by high-speed flowing media to prevent valve components from being damaged by cavitation and flash evaporation.
