The pneumatic 3PCS forged stainless steel threaded ball valve is an automatic on-off control valve driven by pneumatic actuator. Adopting integrated three-piece forged split structure, it adopts NPT or BSP internal thread connection, designed for small-bore, low-pressure industrial pipeline working conditions.
The whole valve is made of anti-corrosion stainless steel material, equipped with wear-resistant PTFE series sealing parts, which can realize tight medium sealing without leakage. Relying on air source power, the valve core rotates 90° to complete fast opening and closing, which can stably transport and control heavy oil, glue, tiny solid particles, coal ash, petroleum gas and easy-clotting mixed medium. It is applicable for chemical, petroleum, textile and metallurgy pipeline automatic control systems.

The design of the valve is based on its unique structure and the drive mechanism of the pneumatic actuator. Its core component is a sphere with holes that can rotate freely inside the valve body. When the pneumatic actuator receives a control signal, it uses the power supplied by an air source to drive the rotation of the sphere. The rotation angle of the sphere is typically 90 degrees. Once the sphere rotates to align with the valve passage, the valve opens fully, ensuring smooth fluid flow; conversely, when the sphere rotates to be perpendicular to the valve passage, the valve closes completely, effectively blocking the flow of fluid.
