This valve is suitable for handling switches or pipelines with high hardness particles or soft particles and corrosive media. Its nominal pressure is 1.6 MPa, designed for temperatures below 200 degrees Celsius.
All components in contact with the medium are made of structural ceramics, which have excellent chemical stability and hardness (Rockwell hardness HRC90, second only to diamond). Therefore, the valve has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and erosion resistance, as well as good insulation performance and minimal thermal expansion.
The sphere is produced using precision grinding machinery and technology to ensure high roundness and excellent surface quality. When aligned with the valve seat, it achieves effective sealing by using self-lubricating ZrO2 ceramic.
Due to the strong and wear-resistant properties of ceramics, this type of valve is very durable and reliable, with a service life 2-4 times that of titanium alloy and Monel alloy valves.
