This valve is suitable for switches or pipelines with high hardness particles or both soft particles and corrosive media. Its nominal pressure is 1.6MPa and it is suitable for temperatures below 200 degrees Celsius.
All media contact components are made of structural ceramics, which have extremely high chemical stability and hardness (Rockwell hardness (HRC90), second only to diamond). Therefore, this type of valve has extremely strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and erosion resistance, as well as good insulation and minimal thermal expansion.
The sphere is manufactured using advanced grinding equipment and processes, with high roundness and good surface quality. After aligning with the valve seat, good sealing can be achieved through self-lubricating ZrO2 ceramics.
Due to the strong wear resistance of ceramics, this type of valve is durable and very reliable, with a service life 2-4 times that of titanium alloy and Monel alloy valves.
● Excellent Wear Resistance: Due to the ceramic material used in the sphere, the valve can maintain good sealing performance even under high-speed fluid flushing, thereby extending its service life.
● Superior Sealing Performance: It can resist the erosion of various chemical media and is suitable for various harsh working conditions.
● Easy Operation: The valve is easy to operate and can be quickly switched through an electric actuator, improving work efficiency. Meanwhile, it has a compact structure, small volume, and is easy to install and maintain.

Q1:What is the main suitable of this valve?
This product is especially suitable for steel, aluminum, fiber, small solid particles, pulp, coal ash, petroleum gas and other media.
Q2:What mechanical principle is used?
Electric actuators convert electrical signals into mechanical power to drive the valve stem to rotate. The valve stem is tightly connected to the ceramic ball, and when the valve stem rotates, the ceramic ball will rotate, thereby changing the opening and closing state of the valve. Ceramic balls have extremely high hardness and wear resistance, effectively resisting the erosion and corrosion of media, ensuring long-term stable operation of valves. In addition, electric actuators have the advantages of compact structure, fast response speed, and precise control, making electric ceramic ball valves widely used in industrial automation control systems.
Our electric ceramic ball valve is made of high-quality ceramic materials, ensuring excellent sealing performance even under high-speed fluid erosion, effectively extending its service life. Its excellent corrosion resistance can withstand the erosion of various chemical media, making it suitable for harsh working environments. We focus on detailed design to ensure the stability and reliability of valves, providing users with a worry free experience. By choosing our electric ceramic ball valve, you will receive an efficient, durable, and reliable fluid control solution.
