The ZDM series automatic circulation pump protection valve is a pump protection device designed to automatically prevent cavitation and instability during low-load operation, particularly suitable for hot water transfer. When the pump's flow rate drops below the preset threshold, the bypass valve opens fully to ensure the pump maintains a minimum flow rate. Even if the main line is completely closed and there is no flow, the bypass system can still maintain a minimum flow rate. The integrated multi-stage throttling pressure relief valve in the bypass system helps reduce pressure. The ZDM series bypass system is specifically designed for high-pressure differential environments, capable of handling pressure differentials up to 30 megapascals. The specific selection is determined by the factory. The multi-stage pressure reduction M-type bypass system effectively reduces noise generated by high-speed fluids and prevents damage to valve components caused by cavitation and flashing.
