When the pump flow rate falls below the preset threshold, the bypass valve opens fully to ensure the pump maintains a minimum flow rate. Even if the main line is completely closed, with zero flow, the bypass can still circulate the minimum flow. The integrated multi-stage throttling pressure relief valve in the bypass aids in reducing pressure. The ZDM series bypass is engineered for high-pressure differential environments, capable of managing up to 30 MPa pressure differences. The specific selection is determined by the factory. The multi-stage pressure reduction M-type bypass effectively mitigates noise from high-speed fluid and prevents damage to valve components caused by cavitation and flashing.
