1. According to the processing requirements, some parts need to be polished, and the appearance must not have processing burrs, etc.;
2, all parts are degreased;
3. Pickling passivation is carried out after degreasing is completed, and the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus;
4. Rinse clean with pure water after pickling and purification, and there should be no chemical residue, carbon steel parts save this process;
5. Dry the parts one by one with a non-woven cloth, and do not leave the appearance of the parts such as wire wool, or use clean nitrogen to dry;
6. Use non-woven cloth or fine filter paper dipped in pure alcohol to scrub the parts one by one until there is no dirty color.
