One, the working principle of the signal butterfly valve

1. The signal butterfly valve is driven by the worm gear and worm drive to rotate the shaft and the butterfly plate to realize opening and closing and control flow.

3. There are two types of micro switches in the worm gear box:

a. There are two micro-switches in the transmission device box in the opening direction and the closing direction, which act when the valve is fully opened and closed respectively, to connect the control room “valve open”“valve off” indicator light source , To make it accurately display the valve switch status.

b. There is a close micro switch in the transmission box (the fully closed position of the butterfly plate is 0°). When the butterfly plate is in the position of 0°～40°, the micro switch will output the valve closing signal, 40°～ At the 90° position, another pair of normally closed can output a valve opening signal. The cam that presses the micro switch can be adjusted to show the different positions of the butterfly plate.
