1. The control valve belongs to the field instrument. The ambient temperature should be in the range of -25 ～ 60 ℃, and the relative humidity should be ≤95%. If it is installed in the open air or high temperature, waterproof and cooling measures should be taken. Where there is an earthquake source, keep away from the vibration source or add anti-vibration measures.

2. The regulating valve should generally be installed vertically, and can be tilted under special circumstances. For example, when the tilt angle is large or the valve weight is too large, the valve should be protected by a support.

3. The pipeline for installing the regulating valve is generally not too high from the ground or the floor. When the pipeline height is greater than 2m, a platform should be set as far as possible to facilitate the operation of the hand wheel and facilitate maintenance.

4. Before installing the regulating valve, the pipeline should be cleaned to remove dirt and welding slag. After installation, in order to ensure that impurities do not remain in the valve body, the valve should also be cleaned again, that is, all valves should be opened when the medium is passed to prevent impurities from being stuck. After using the hand wheel mechanism, it should be restored to the original neutral position.

5. In order to enable the regulating valve to continue the production process in the event of failure or maintenance, the regulating valve should be added with a bypass line. At the same time, special attention should be paid to whether the installation position of the regulating valve meets the requirements of the technological process.

6. The electrical part of the electric regulating valve should be installed according to the construction requirements of relevant electrical equipment. If it is an explosion-proof product, it should be installed in accordance with the requirements of "Electrical Equipment Installation Code for Explosion Hazardous Locations". For example, the field conductor adopts SBH type or other six-core or eight-core rubber installation cable with an outer diameter of about Φ11.3mm. During use and maintenance, it is strictly forbidden to open the cover for maintenance and pry on the explosion-proof surface in explosive places. At the same time, do not knock or scratch the flameproof surface during disassemble and assembly, and restore to the original flameproof requirements after maintenance.

7. After dis-assembly and repair of the reducer of the actuator, pay attention to lubricating, and generally do not disassemble and clean the low-speed motor. After assembly, check whether the valve position and the valve position opening indication are consistent.
