Classification And Detailed Introduction Of Pressure Reducing Valve
Pressure reducing valve classification can be divided into: pressure reducing valve, bellows reducing valve, branch pipe reducing valve, steam reducing valve, piston reducing valve, gas reducing valve six categories.
Main Features of Pressure Reducing Valve:
1. Piston type Pressure Reducing Valve above size DN65, had replaced the diaphragm type pressure reducing valve to increase the service life by more than 3 times; 2. The diameter of DN50 or less, replaced the original diaphragm with a nylon reinforced rubber flat diaphragm, and also increased the service life by more than 3 times. Applicable medium: water, air. Medium temperature: 0~90°C.
2. Bellows pressure reducing valve
This valve is used for steam, air and other non-corrosive gases with a temperature below 180C. After adjustment, the pressure of the medium passing through the valve is reduced to a certain required outlet pressure, and the outlet pressure of the medium is kept relatively stable , But the difference between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure must be greater than or equal to 0.5bar.
3. Branch pipe pressure reducing valve
The water-reducing valves produced by our factory are mainly used in various building water supply systems, fire fighting systems, central air conditioning systems, heating systems, etc. It is used for decompression of branch pipes, which can make the water supply pressure distribution more balanced, avoid partial water supply over pressure, and optimize the water supply partition of high-rise buildings. It can replace the district frequency modulation variable speed water pump, and can replace the district water pump in the fire water supply system. It is used in the household water supply system and can protect all faucets and other water appliances.
4. Steam pressure reducing valve
Steam pressure reducing valve is suitable for steam pipeline. Through the adjustment of the pressure reducing valve, the inlet pressure can be reduced to a certain required outlet pressure. When the inlet pressure or flow rate changes, the pressure reducing valve can automatically keep the outlet pressure fluctuated within a small range depending on the energy of the medium itself.
5. Piston pressure reducing valve
The spring piston type pressure reducing valve is suitable for water, air and non-corrosive liquid pipelines with working temperature of 0~90C. In the cold and hot water supply and fire water supply system of high-rise buildings, it can replace the conventional partitioned water pipes, simplify and save the system equipment, and reduce the project cost.
