Electric gate valves are mostly used in fluid pipelines, such as petroleum, sewage, chemical industry, coal, papermaking and other fields. They are generally equipped with electric actuators to realize the automatic operation of valves. Electric gate valves use a gate whose movement direction is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate valve of the opening and closing part has a good effect of controlling the medium, and is especially suitable for adjustment and throttling on the pipeline in various industries. The gate valve disc has the characteristics of convenient operation, free opening, flexible and reliable movement, etc. However, during the installation of the electric gate valve, the following points must be done to prevent the product from adversely affecting:
1. The gate valve with drive mechanism should be installed according to the product manual.
2, the double gate valve should be installed vertically (that is, the valve stem is in the vertical position, and the handwheel is on the top).
3, pay attention to keep the valve cavity and sealing surface and other parts clean, and avoid installing with dirt or sand attached;
4. Reserve necessary space for valve drive to facilitate operation;
5. If an automated drive device is used, check whether the wiring of the drive device is connected according to the wiring diagram;
6. Check whether the bolts of each connection part are evenly tightened to ensure that the valve pipe falls off under the impact of the medium;
7. Check whether the valve packing is tightly compressed to ensure the sealing of the packing and the opening flexibility of the gate;
8. Check the valve model, connection size and flow direction of the medium to ensure that it is consistent with the requirements of the valve pipeline;
10. The hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
If the electric gate valve is frequently opened and closed, it should be lubricated at least once a month. Regular maintenance of the valve is required to avoid collision and squeezing of the valve to ensure the sealing of the valve.
