1, keep it clean

The hard-sealed butterfly valve should be kept clean during use, and the transmission thread must be regularly lubricated. When a fault is found, it should be stopped immediately to find out the cause and clear the fault.

2, tighten the bolts

The bolts of the packing gland should be evenly tightened, and should not be pressed into a crooked state, so as to avoid bruising, hindering the movement of the valve stem or causing leakage.

3, horizontal installation

When installing, the valve can be directly installed on the pipeline according to the connection method. Under normal circumstances, it can be installed at any position in the pipeline, but it needs easy-to-operate maintenance. Note that the medium flow direction of the stop valve should be upward from the vertical valve flap. The lift check valve can only be installed horizontally.

4, inverted sealing device

There is an inverted sealing device in the gate valve and the upper threaded stop valve, and the handwheel is turned to the uppermost position and tightened to prevent the medium from leaking from the packing.

5. Use the handwheel when opening and closing the hard-sealed butterfly valve. Do not use levers or other tools to avoid damage to the valve. Turn the handwheel clockwise to close, otherwise it is open.

7, regular inspection

Valves stored for a long time should be checked regularly. The exposed processing surface should be kept clean to remove dirt. During storage, the ball valve should be blocked at both ends and open, and both ends of the channel should be blocked and closed, and stored neatly indoors It is strictly prohibited to stack or store in the open air in a ventilated and dry place.
