1. Before installing the electric butterfly valve, confirm whether the product performance and the arrow of the flow direction of the medium are in line with the operating conditions, and insert the valve cavity to clean. It is not allowed to have foreign matter attached to the sealing ring and the butterfly plate. It is not allowed to close the butterfly plate, so as not to damage the sealing ring.

2. It is recommended to adopt the special flange for butterfly valve, namely HGJ54-91 type socket welded steel flange for the installation of matching flange for electric butterfly valve.

3. The position where the electric butterfly valve is installed in the pipeline, the best position is vertical installation, but not upside-down installation.

4. The flow of electric butterfly valve needs to be adjusted in the application, which is controlled by pneumatic actuator.

5. For manual butterfly valves with a large number of opening and closing times, open the worm gear box cover at the mercy of two months to check whether the butter is normal. The appropriate amount of butter should be formed.

6. Check the tightness of each joint part to ensure the tightness of the packing and the flexible rotation of the valve stem.

7. Metal-sealed electric butterfly valves are not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline. If they must be installed at the end of the pipeline, they need to be equipped with an outlet flange to prevent backlog and over-position of the sealing ring.

8. Valve stem installation and operation response Check the valve operation consequences on schedule, and promptly remove the fault if found.
