1. Check every 1-2 months. All valves must be checked for the following items: Check whether there is any leakage at the packing and gasket. If there is a medium leakage, please check the valve stem for damage or seizure. If there is no abnormality, tighten the packing while confirming the operating status.

2. Inspection and maintenance every 1-2 years: Remove the pressing ring from the valve body to confirm whether the parts are worn or damaged. If so, it needs to be replaced in time. If the above situation is found during the inspection and cannot be handled, please contact the professional in time.

3. Loosen the screws so that the butterfly valve has enough space to move away from the matching flange, and the butterfly plate must be in a horizontal closed state to avoid damage to the butterfly plate when it is taken out. The actuator needs to be closed and disassembled before the valve is removed.
