Bucket type
When there is superheated steam or almost no condensate, and when the size of the trap is too large, condensate water can not ensure the bucket to float, which leads to the valve can not be closed and the steam is continuously discharged. Therefore, bucket type can not be used in occasions where condensate water is seldom used.
When the pressure on the inlet side drops sharply, the condensate in the trap will evaporate again, which will make the buoyancy of the bucket disappear and cause the steam to be discharged continuously. Please be careful.
Floating ball
Floating ball trap concentrates condensate water in the main body, so it is necessary to prevent frozen phenomenon when used in cold zone.
Thermostatic type
In the case of superheated steam, it is easy to break down. Do not use it in this case. Constant temperature type and thermal type do not need thermal insulation treatment. After heat preservation treatment, it is easy to occur that the temperature can not be sensed and the steam in the pressure changing chamber can not dissipate heat, which results in the trap unable to work.
