2. The function of the inspection tube is to check whether the steam trap is working normally. If the condensed water is directly discharged into the atmosphere, the inspection tube may not be installed after the steam trap. During the inspection, if the inspection tube is opened and a large amount of steam is found, it means that the steam trap is broken and needs to be repaired.

3. A shut-off valve should be installed before and after the steam trap to facilitate the use of the steam trap for maintenance. The shut-off valve often uses a shut-off valve. If the condensate is directly discharged into the atmosphere, there is no need for a shut-off valve after the steam trap.

4. A filter should be installed between the steam trap and the front shut-off valve to prevent dirt in the system from blocking the steam trap.

5. Before installing the steam trap, clean the pipeline equipment to remove impurities to avoid blockage.

6. The steam trap is installed with directionality and cannot be reversed. When installing, pay attention to the direction of the arrow on the valve body and the flow direction of the medium in the pipe.

7. The inlet of the steam steam trap should have a slope of not less than 0.003, slope to the steam trap; the outlet pipeline should have a slope of not less than 0.003, slope to the drain point.

8. The steam trap should be installed as far as possible under the equipment and where it is easy to drain.
