Application In Coal Gasification Process
1. Lock slag valve
(1)Application: The slag lock valve (also known as the lock bucket valve) is an important component of the lock bucket system in the coal gasification process, mainly used for regularly collecting gasification slag. The system consists of a slag tank, a slag lock valve, a slag discharge valve, a flushing water tank, etc., and is automatically controlled in a cyclic manner.
(2)Advantages: The slag lock valve adopts a metal hard sealed fixed ball valve structure, which has excellent sealing performance and wear resistance. It can directly participate in the program control of the lock bucket system to ensure the smooth discharge of gasification slag.
2. Oxygen regulating valve
(1)Application: Oxygen regulating valves are widely used in oxygen delivery pipelines or oxygen blowing pipelines of coal gasification processes, playing a role in quickly cutting off or opening. The oxygen pipeline valves of the coal gasification unit include the oxygen main flow control valve, the oxygen branch flow control valve to each gasifier, the branch oxygen interlock double shut-off valve, the branch oxygen vent valve, and the oxygen vent pipeline control valve.
(2)Advantage: The oxygen regulating valve can accurately control the flow and pressure of oxygen, ensuring sufficient and stable oxygen supply during the coal gasification process, thereby improving gasification efficiency and product quality.
3. Other regulating valves
(1)Application: In coal gasification units, various other types of regulating valves are also used, such as high-pressure nitrogen purge valves, high-pressure nitrogen buffer valves, central pipeline nitrogen blow valves, etc., as well as three eccentric metal sealed regulating butterfly valves used to control the flow of synthesis gas from the washing tower to the conversion unit of the gasification unit.
(2)Advantages: These regulating valves can withstand harsh conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, high flow rate, and cavitation, vaporization, and corrosion caused by ash and dissolved gas, ensuring the normal transportation of process gas in the gasification unit and the smooth production of the transformation process.
Application In Coal Liquefaction Process
1. Regulating valve
(1)Application: in the coal liquefaction process, the regulating valve is used to control the flow of coal slurry to ensure the stability of coal slurry concentration and reaction speed in the reactor; At the same time, it is also used to control the flow rate and pressure of hydrogen to ensure sufficient and stable hydrogen supply during the reaction process; In addition, it is also used to control the liquid level and flow rate of the separator, as well as the flow rate and temperature of the cooling water.
(2)Advantages: The regulating valve has good corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and high pressure performance, which can accurately control the flow rate and pressure of the medium, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the coal liquefaction process.
2. Special valves
(1)Application: In the coal powder gasification process, special types of valves are also used, such as ball valves, angle valves, etc., which use high-strength corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant tempered steel as the internal material of the valve, as well as disc valves that use sliding discs to achieve opening and closing.
(2)Advantages: These special valves can adapt to harsh conditions in coal powder gasification processes, such as high temperature, high pressure, high solid content, etc., ensuring the stability and reliability of coal powder transportation and regulation.
